The Renewal Community Clusters include one or more distinct, contiguous neighborhoods joined by at least two or more commercial corridors. A Renewal Community Cluster has been designated on the Westside, Eastside, Southside and the geographical area representing the former Empowerment Zone. Specifically, they are:
- Butler-Auburn Corridor and Old Fourth Ward Neighborhoods
- Historic Westside Village (Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard Corridor)
- McDaniel Street Corridor and NPU-V Neighborhoods
- Ralph David Abernathy Boulevard
